Overview
The 8th Physical AI Study Group was held on May 8. In the first session, KUPAC President Kosei Osawa presented a report on KUPAC’s participation in SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 and shared insights gained from VLA development using a custom-built dual-arm manipulator. In the second session, KUPAC Co-Vice President Kenshiro Minamikawa gave an introductory presentation on reinforcement learning and shared insights from the Humanoid Half Marathon.
