On September 29, 2026, KUPAC Director Kosei Osawa participated in a panel discussion at the 18th seminar jointly held by the Kyoto University Graduate School of Public Policy and JIAM.
The seminar theme was “Human Capabilities in the AI Era: Making Decisions and Taking Action Amid Change.”
