About KUPAC

KUPAC (Kyoto University Physical AI Community) is a community where people interested in Physical AI gather to learn, research, and develop.

We are currently recruiting for "Study Session Planning & Operation" and "Public Relations" for our monthly Physical AI study sessions.

Recruitment Background

KUPAC operates with the support of the Kyoto University Office of Society-Academia Collaboration for Innovation, engaging in activities that transcend the boundaries of industry, government, and academia. With the expansion of our activities, it has become urgent to strengthen our structure to continuously hold high-quality Physical AI study sessions.

Therefore, we are recruiting enthusiastic members to spread the possibilities of Physical AI and support the next generation of technological innovation with us.

Job Description

Study Session Planning & Operation

Number of openings: 2-4 people

Responsible for planning Physical AI study sessions and managing operations on the day.

Specific Responsibilities

Event Planning

•Recruiting speakers
•Adjusting presentation content and schedule

Event Operation & Logistics

•Setup and cleanup on the day
•Management of video and audio equipment
•Event progress management (reception, etc.)

Public Relations

Number of openings: 1-2 people

Publicize KUPAC through various media.

Specific Responsibilities

Event PR

•Creating event flyers
•Updating the website regarding event content
•Information dissemination and event PR using SNS
•General KUPAC PR related content
